The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh has appointed Zeinab Ahmed as director of quality.
With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, Ahmed has worked at Sheraton Cairo, JW Marriott Cairo and, most recently, St. Regis Almasa.
Joining Marriott International in 2017, Ahmed has consistently demonstrated a focus on quality management and operational efficiency, her employers say.
While serving as the quality leader at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, Ahmed's commitment to excellence earned her a position on the MEA Quality Assurance Advisory Board for 2024.
