With over 20 years of experience, Onega is a results-driven leader with expertise in sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, and luxury brand management. She most recently served as an Area Sales Leader for Marriott International's Miami Beach market, overseeing six hotels and driving significant growth in group and corporate sales. Previously, she managed sales efforts as Group and Catering Sales Leader for esteemed properties such as The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club - Autograph Collection, JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa, and The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, consistently securing key contracts, surpassing revenue goals, and mentoring high-performing teams.
