Construction has begun on the new Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen and Watters Creek Convention Center, in the southeast corner of U.S. 75 and Bethany Drive in Allen. The project is expected to take 18 months and will be the largest conference center along the U.S. 75 corridor between Dallas and Oklahoma.
