Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn by Marriott Launches Multimillion-Dollar Transformation

Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn by Marriott will unveil a multimillion-dollar makeover in May 2023, encompassing newly designed guest suites and public spaces, meeting rooms and grand event hall, and a new hybrid indoor-outdoor pool. Alongside the renovation, new signature restaurant Via Sophia by the Sea will provide guests a modern osteria dining experience including pastas and breads made in house and fresh-from-the-boat seafood. The redesign will reflect a fun and whimsical ambiance, capturing the refreshing tranquility of vacation while also providing guests with the necessary comforts of home. Bethany Beach Ocean Suites is owned and operated by EOS Hospitality.

Patrick Staib has been appointed as General Manager at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites

Real Hospitality Group (RHG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Staib as General Manager of the new Bethany Beach Ocean Suites, set to open July 2015. A Delaware native, he will be returning back home to oversee all aspects of the hotel’s pre-opening stages of development, the hiring and training of all personnel, and day-to-day operations following the property’s opening.
