With nearly eight years of sales and marketing experience, Sales Manager Goncear's duties include soliciting accounts, growing client relationships and business, and meeting set sales goals. She most recently served as Marketing and Sales Coordinator for The Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and previously as Sales Consultant for Weston Volvo in Weston, FL. She graduated from LCC International University in Klaipeda, Lithuania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Crystal Winter has been appointed as General Manager at Fairfield Inn Boca Raton

As General Manager, Winter will be responsible for all phases of the hotel's operations and administration, including the management of approximately 30 associates. A native of Montauk, NY, she joins the Boca team from her most recent position as General Manager at the Ocean Beach Resort in Montauk. Winter's previous management experience includes positions as Assistant General Manager and Guest Services Manager for several hotels and resorts in the Long Island, NY area, as well as her role as Front Desk Supervisor at the Waterford Hotel Group-managed Courtyard by Marriott in Warwick, RI. She is a graduate of New York University's Stern School of Business in New York City with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business.

Patrick Morey has been appointed as Director of Restaurants and Bars at Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Morey’s career in the restaurant industry spans 30 years. Before joining the team at Boca Raton Resort & Club, he worked as Director of Operations at Weston Restaurant Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of eateries, and Rare Las Olas before joining a privately held national restaurant company as a regional manager. An oenophile by nature, Morey holds an Advanced Diplomas (Level III) from The Court of Master Sommeliers and has spent time as Cellarmaster to a private wine collector. There he directed the design and construction of a 4,500 sq. ft. partially subterranean wine storage and entertainment facility totaling nearly 50,000 bottles. Morey graduated with a business degree from Georgetown University in just two and a half years while working in Washington D.C. restaurants.
