Shangri-La Boracay, the award-winning resort in Boracay Island is delighted to announce and welcome its new hotel manager, Mr. Hans Martin Gfrei who will lead the resort in elevating guest experiences.
Ester Marcaida is no stranger to Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort & Spa as she was its resident manager in 2009-2010. From Boracay, she moved to Maldives as the first general manager of Traders Hotel, Malé, Maldives (now rebranded as Hotel Jen Malé, Maldives). Before her recent homecoming to the Philippines, she opened the very first Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa, Tibet.
