Located at 620 Delaware Avenue, the all-suite Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates of Canton, Massachusetts. Located downtown and eight miles from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, the Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown offers its guests convenient access to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the Buffalo Convention Center, and the KeyBank Center. George Parillo has been appointed as director of sales at Fairfield Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Buffalo Lodging Associates is proud to announce that George Parillo has been brought on as director of sales for Fairfield Inn & Suites Buffalo-Airport. Parillo joins the Fairfield Inn & Suites with seven years of hospitality industry experience. Most recently, he was the director of sales overseeing three Buffalo area hotels. George also spent four years working for the Holiday Inn in Pointe Claire, Canada in such positions as sales manager for the sports and SMERF markets, assistant housekeeping manager, and front desk/night auditor.

Megan Weber has been promoted to Director of Sales at Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport

Megan began her hospitality career in 2003 at Buffalo Lodging’s Hampton Inn Buffalo/Williamsville, where she held the position of guest services representative for two years. From there, Weber went on to become the manager on duty for Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo-Airport, executive housekeeper for Sleep Inn Buffalo/Amherst, and then front office manager for Fairfield Inn & Suites Buffalo-Airport, all owned by Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Felix Ramos has been appointed as General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo-Airport

Mr. Ramos has joined Buffalo Lodging Associates from the E.J. Del Monte Corporation where he worked for 7 years as a regional general manager based out of the company’s Courtyard by Marriott Albany Airport location. During his time at the Albany Courtyard, Felix oversaw multiple renovations, including the most recent property renovation to Courtyard’s Refreshing Business reinvention model. His previous hospitality experience includes 10 years with the full-service Marriott in Albany, NY, working for both Marriott International and Interstate Hotels in various positions, including director of restaurants, director of loss prevention and director of services.
