Matteo Temperini has been appointed executive chef for Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, the bucolic Tuscan resort and world-class culinary destination that distinctly embodies Rosewood's A Sense of Place philosophy. Founded by Massimo and Chiara Ferragamo, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco features two restaurants, an organic vegetable garden and a cooking school, while the greater estate boasts a leading Brunello di Montalcino Winery among other key assets that offer guests an exceptional Italian experience. In this role, Chef Matteo will lead the talented culinary team and oversee all gastronomic programming for the iconic property.
