Erica Greenhouse has been appointed as Director of Revenue Management at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort And Spa

Greenhouse is a seasoned hotel executive with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has spent the last 18 years in the Austin area, where she most recently served as the Area Director of Revenue for Hyatt Regency Austin, The Driskill, and Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin. In this role, she developed and led a holistic approach to revenue management that extended beyond room pricing to include food & beverage, parking, meeting spaces, and unique guest experiences. While in this role, she opened the Hyatt Centric Austin Congress Avenue, creating an opening revenue strategy that led to a RevPAR Index stabilization in a compressed market 13 months after opening which was 9 months ahead of the company average for the brand. Before that, Greenhouse was the Director of Revenue at Hyatt Regency Austin, achieving the hotel's strongest RevPAR index results, and prior to that, held a variety of other operational roles at the property. Greenhouse's achievements have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Hyatt Hotels Revenue Management Leader of the Year for 2023 and the Commercial Services Opening Team of the Year. She is also known for her dedication to mentorship and leadership development, having founded the Women at Hyatt Program for Hyatt Hotels of Austin. A New Jersey native who found her true home in Austin after attending the University of Texas, she is passionate about travel, with a goal to visit all seven continents, and is an avid soccer fan who enjoys supporting Austin FC.

The revitalization was conducted by Stonehill Taylor, a premier hospitality-focused architecture and interior design firm, and features a complete transformation of the hotel's 434 guestrooms and 56 suites.

Dave Jacobs has been appointed as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines

Jacobs joins the property from Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Chicago where he worked at the property as its general manager for more than 10 years. Jacobs has worked with Hyatt Corporation for more than 32 years, with more than 21 years of experience as general manager. He began his career in the hospitality industry in Hyatt’s Corporate Management Trainee Program. His first position at Hyatt was night cleaning supervisor and he has worked in several positions in the company ranging from front desk agent and housekeeping to rooms executive.
