Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles Debuts After a Multimillion-Dollar Comprehensive Renovation

Marriott International, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of a comprehensive property renovation to the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles. The four-story hotel, located at 14750 Conference Center Drive in Chantilly, Virginia has a new look and offers a refreshed aesthetic, upgraded amenities, and enhanced meeting and event spaces. This includes the total renovation of all guest rooms and suites, 21 event rooms, all public spaces, Westfields Lounge and lobby, and the addition of six pickleball courts and six tennis courts. The 336-room full-service property is owned by an affiliate of Lone Star Funds and managed by Marriott International, Inc.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Chantilly Dulles Airport Celebrates Grand Opening

The newly opened Home2 Suites by Hilton Chantilly Dulles Airport celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a reception where guests could tour the new property and participate in the holiday festivities. The grand opening event included delicious food provided by Fords Fish Shack and desserts by Pure Perfection, tours of the hotel including guest rooms, pool and whirlpool, Spin2 Cycle laundry and fitness area, and outdoor grill area and a speech made by Loudoun County Supervisor Matthew Letourneau. Additionally, officials with the property announced a charitable community partnership with Ellie's Hats.

Home2 Suites by Hilton, part of Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) All Suites portfolio, announces the opening of its new hotel in Chantilly, VA. Home2 Suites by Hilton Chantilly Dulles Airport is located at 43340 Defender Drive, Chantilly, VA near Dulles International Airport. The five story, 120-suite hotel is developed and owned by Sagar Hospitality, LLC and managed by Horizon Hotels Limited.

Scott McClinton has been appointed as General Manager at Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles

Mr. McClinton has been with Marriott International for 24 years and was most recently the general manager of the Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC. In that position he was given the General Manager of the Year Award for impressive financial results and guest satisfaction improvement. Mr. McClinton began his career with Marriott as a student intern in Housekeeping at the Marco Island Marriott Resort and has since worked at various Marriott properties throughout Florida and Maryland. He is a graduate of Mercyhurst College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
