With more than two decades in direct hospitality management, Lidinsky has worked within the Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott brands, most recently, as general manager of the AC Hotel Portland Downtown/ Waterfront.

Christina Kipp will be Director of Sales & Marketing at the Courtyard Clearwater Beach and the new AC Hotel Clearwater Beach. Having spent the majority of her 25 years of tourism tenure in Florida, Kipp joined the executive team from her most recent position as Director of Sales at the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn Sarasota Bradenton Airport hotels.

The firm has appointed LBA Hospitality – a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm – to oversee the properties.

Kelly Clark has been appointed as director of sales at dual-branded Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites Clearwater Beach

As director of sales, Kelly Clark will handle training and supervision of the sales team to generate meeting business in the corporate, government, sports, and social market segments. With more than 15 years of accomplished hotel sales experience, Clark is trained and certified in numerous hotel brands. She was most recently director of sales at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tampa Bay, where she had three years of record-breaking revenues, including three record months in the first quarter of 2017. Prior to this, Clark was director of sales at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Gainesville, Florida, where she created a sales training program and incentives to target past accounts and groups. As an active member of the community, Clark has been involved in many local causes and organizations throughout her career. She will continue her service in Clearwater through her efforts at the Homeless Empowerment Campus [HEP].

Ron Bitz has been appointed as General Manager at dual-branded Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites Clearwater Beach

With three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Ron Bitz comes to the Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites Clearwater Beach with extensive operations experience from upper-level Hilton brand positions. Most recently, Bitz was area general manager for Hilton Worldwide, where he was nominated for General Manager of the Year (2016) and, recently, recognized with a Community Service Award and Employee Engagement Award at the 2017 General Manager’s Conference. Bitz also worked as area director for the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton and Homewood Brands. He will oversee day-to-day operations of the new Clearwater Beach properties. Bitz is an active member of Tampa Bay Lacrosse Officials Association and serves on the boards of Tarpon Springs High School Music Leadership Conservatory and the University of South Florida’s School of Hospitality.

David Yamada has been appointed as General Manager at Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach

Clearwater Beach, slated to open in January 2017 and poised to transform Clearwater Beach into a premiere beach destination for today’s discerning traveler. In his current role with the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, Yamada’s focus will be on delivering an elevated guest experience that is consistent with the sophisticated, yet relaxed hallmarks of the Wyndham Grand name. In addition, Yamada will have oversight over all property operations, including hotel programming and services, sales and marketing, and employee relations.

Jay R. Campbell has been appointed as General Manager Manager - Area General Manager at Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort

Campbell brings over 30 years of leadership experience in hotel management, finance and operations. He began in the food and beverage industry in 1979 and worked for Houlihan's Restaurants and LA Cafes holding several key management positions including vice president of operations. In 1987, he joined the hotel industry as director of food and beverage for the Hotel Park Tucson where he remained for two years before joining Renaissance Hotels and Resorts in Dallas, Texas. After six years, Campbell joined Remington Hotel Corporation in Indianapolis before taking the appointment of general manager for Meristar Hotels and Resorts. Interstate Hotels brought him to Missouri in 2000 where he received the General Manager of the Year award in 2002. He was appointed general manager of Millennium hotels in 2006 where he remained until 2010. Prior to joining Hiltons of Branson, he was interim general manager of the Radisson Branson.
