Upon graduation Olivier worked for Apanole Exportacao Ltda Brazil as Export & Sales Manager for 3 years, then, joined Sodexo Abu Dhabi as Commercial & Operations Manager for 3 years and Area Operations Manager for another 3 years. Based in Brazil, Olivier created in 2014 his own company as consultant providing consulting services for the development of a restaurant chain in Morocco, operational training in UK and opening of a bakery plus a restaurant in Brazil.

British national, Mark Griffiths has been appointed general manager of Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa, Kuwait. He began his career in Hampshire, England, working as a management trainee at Tylney Hall Hotel before joining Le Meridien Piccadilly hotel in London in 1990, where he held various managerial positions with Le Meridien hotels and resorts over a 14-year period in the UK, Thailand and Indonesia, a statement from the company said.
