Cycas Hospitality has appointed Craig Patterson as Hotel Manager for Staybridge Suites Liverpool. Patterson comes from the Staybridge Suites Newcastle where he was most recently the General Manager.Craig replaces Janet Roberts, who remains with Cycas Hospitality as Culture Coach looking after culture, training and people aspects for this growing hotel management and development company which is at the forefront of the extended-stay hotel concept in Europe.

Neil Brailsford has been appointed as General Manager at Pullman Liverpool

Branded Hotel Management has recruited the general manager of the Pullman Liverpool. Neil Brailsford will be responsible for the daily running of the hotel, which forms part of ACC Liverpool’s new development Exhibition Centre Liverpool. One of his key responsibilities will be the recruitment of the rest of the Pullman team. Neil is hoping to attract a wealth of experience from Liverpool as well as from the Accor portfolio of which the Pullman brand is a part.

Danielle Garrigan has been appointed as Director Of Sales at Aloft Liverpool

Aloft hotels announces the appointment of Danielle Garrigan as Director Of Sales for Aloft Liverpool. Garrigan began her career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2012 working for the Central London Hotels, such as Le Méridien Piccadilly and W London. Danielle will be responsible for all commercial sales activity for Aloft Liverpool. Opening in October 2014, the hotel is the second Aloft hotel from Starwood Hotels & Resorts to open in the UK, and will be managed by hospitality specialists, Redefine|BDL Hotels.

Hans Konings has been appointed as General Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel

The Rezidor Hotel Group has appointed Hans Konings as the General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool. Hans, who is Dutch, has a solid background in the hospitality industry. He gained his professional experience working in various positions for a number of hotels in the Netherlands. Hans joined Rezidor in 2003 as Service Manager Front Office at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Amsterdam before transferring to the Park Inn Heathrow to take on the position of Assistant Front office Manager in May 2005 – earning a promotion to Front Office Manager just five months later.
