Thierry Henrot has been appointed as General Manager at Sheraton Skyline Hotel

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Thierry Henrot as General Manager of the Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow. Henrot joins the Sheraton Skyline from Le Méridien Etoile in Paris where he was Hotel Manager. Originally from France, Henrot began his long career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2001 as Food & Beverage Manager at the Sheraton Porto Alegre in Brazil. After five years at the property, he moved to the Sheraton Barra in Rio de Janeiro to head up their Food & Beverage operations before returning to Europe in 2007 to take on the role of Food & Beverage Director at the Sheraton Porto in Portugal.

Daniel Hollett, joining Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 from Holiday Inn London Heathrow, has a strong knowledge of the Heathrow market which will prove invaluable to the team. Daniel previously held the role of Area Sales Manager with InterContinental Hotels Group. Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 opened in 2011 and has already become synonymous with understanding the needs of business and leisure visitors. A global hub, it offers 350 guest bedrooms, a restaurant by renowned chef Cyrus Todiwala, spa, business centre, and a separate conference and banqueting wing for up to 1,170 delegates.

Marcus Gregs has been appointed as Executive Chef at Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Marcus Gregs has extensive international experience as an Executive Chef with similar roles held in Egypt, Dubai, Australia and Amsterdam. Previous roles include Executive Chef at the Grand Rotana Resort and Spa in Egypt, Movenpick Hotel and Residence in Dubai, and Accor Hotels World Trade Centre also in Dubai. Marcus has a wealth of Hilton brand experience from previous positions with Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Sydney, Australia, Amsterdam Airport and London Gatwick Airport.
