She previously owned her own consulting firm, working with clients such as Kerzner International, United Business Media, Dannon Inc., Kaplan, AOL, and Time Inc., providing advice on executive compensation programming. Previously, she spent 12 years at American Express and Diageo in their compensation & benefits department. Paige serves on the HR Committee for the United Way of Western CT.
