In a strategic move to bolster its marketing endeavors, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection welcomes Gaby Aiguesvives as the company's first Chief Marketing Officer. Gaby brings a wealth of marketing and strategic experience from her previous role at Saks/Hudson's Bay Company, where she led marketing strategy, analytics, personalization, loyalty, and insights functions. Prior to this role, she spearheaded growth and performance marketing for all of Hudson Bay Company's (HBC) brands, including Saks, OFF 5TH, Lord & Taylor, and The Bay. Gaby initially joined HBC as Director of Corporate Strategy in October 2014 and subsequently held various leadership roles.

Warren Street Hotel is a colourful marvel in downtown Tribeca

The property, which is the sister hotel to Crosby Street in SoHo and The Whitby in Midtown, comes from the hands of British designer and Firmdale founder, Kit Kemp, and her daughters, Minnie and Willow.

Mark Butler has been promoted to General Manager at Arlo Midtown

Replacing Stokes at Arlo Midtown and joining Arlo's promotion ranks is Mark Butler, formerly General Manager of Arlo NoMad. Butler joined Arlo NoMad in March 2021, where he oversaw the hotel's recovery from the pandemic, rebuilding corporate and leisure guest relationships and experience, which resulted in record annual average daily rates and gross operating profits. A native of Ireland, Butler has been recognized for developing and promoting team members and building executive teams, guest satisfaction and profitability. His two decades of global hospitality experience includes humble beginnings at Conrad hotels in Dublin and Chicago before joining Fitzpatrick New York in Manhattan and working under John Fitzpatrick, two-time Chairman of the Hotel Association of New York City. Among other international hospitality groups and hotels, Butler worked at the five-star Sofitel New York, Dalata Hotel Group (Ireland's largest hotel group) and Hilton Times Square until its closing in October 2020 due to COVID.

Michael McGinley has been appointed as General Manager at Fouquet’s New York

With over 15 years of hospitality experience and crucial knowledge of the food and beverage industry, McGinley has held leadership positions at some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels across the country. After completing his Bachelor's Degree from Fordham University, McGinley began his career in hospitality as a Dining Room Manager for CGM in 2005, which was the parent company for Ono at The Gansevoort, where he also handled hotel experiences for The Gansevoort and The Renaissance. He has since held various food and beverage positions, including Club Manager for B.B. King Blues Club, and General Manager of Jake's Steakhouse.
