In collaboration with Oakland-based design firm Studio Hatch, the marinafront lifestyle hotel's renovations enhance the lobby and collective spaces, meeting venues, as well as 145 guestrooms and suites. Waterfront Hotel now adorns a modernized finish, incorporating a lighter color palette and materials inspired by its maritime location.
The high-rise hotel will contain a Marriott Residence Inn and an AC Hotel, which both are Marriott brands, and would be 18 stories high and contain up to 286 hotel rooms.
Set to complete a two million dollar renovation in the next month, the refreshed space by local design firm Studio Hatch offers elevated lobby and public areas, with enhancements to its meeting spaces, 145 guestrooms and suites. Guests can expect to find that the space incorporates subtle nods to the vibrant city of Oakland and a modernized nautical-inspired interior.
