Sonia Papet has been named Head Concierge at Le Bristol Paris

Le Bristol Paris has announced the appointment of Sonia Papet to the position of Head Concierge. After more than 17 years' experience in luxury hotels in France and abroad, Sonia joined the very closed circle of women holding the position of Head Concierge in a prestige hotel. Already a female representative in the Clefs d'Or concierge association since 2005, she is currently the only woman to be Head Concierge in a Parisian luxury hotel.

Steven DAINES IMHI 1994 has been promoted to CEO Accor HotelServices for the UK, Ireland, Benelux, Switzerland, Russia & CIS. Steven has worked for 20 years for Accor straight after his graduation at ESSEC and went through various positions such as Operations Director, Vice President, Ibis & Formule 1 Hotels Latin America and Senior Vice President Operations for ibis Budget & hotelF1 France.

Kouyoumji Jean Marie has been appointed as Assistant Front Office Manager at The Peninsula Paris

Jean-Marie KOUYOUMJI IMHI 2003 has been appointed as Assistant Front Office Manager at the Peninsula Paris which is due to open beginning of August and will be the flagship of the company in Europe. Prior to that, Jean-marie stayed 6 years at the Hotel Lutétia, the only palace of the left bank, as Rooms Division & Quality Manager. The Lutétia closed in April for a 3 year full refurbishment.

Serge Ethuin has been named General Manager at Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris

One of Europe’s best-known hoteliers, Serge moves from Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts to take up the position in Paris with immediate effect. Serge has over seventeen years of professional experience as General Manager internationally. He started his career with Hilton, initially in his native France - Paris, Strasbourg and Orly – before moving on to Rome and the UK. He assumed his first posting as General Manager in 1997 in Madagascar, followed closely by Rome and Paris again, before moving in 2008 to Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria, where he has been Managing Director for the past six years.
