Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh has appointed Lebanese national Wassim Tarabay as hotel manager, who brings with him more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Tarabay started his career with Rezidor SAS Hospitality's regional office in the Middle East before moving to the Radisson SAS, Dubai Media City as director of sales in 2005. His career path has taken him to Dubai, Khobar and most recently to Kuwait. His latest position was as executive assistant manager at Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait where he was part of the rebranding of the hotel. In his new role, Tarabay will help manage the overall operation of the 294-room hotel, lead the sales team to maximise revenue, and achieve overall profitability and deliver quality service.
Best Western Hotels & Resorts (BW) announced the opening of three new hotels in Saudi Arabia including two in the capital of Riyadh.
