Lang joins Coury Hospitality as a 30+ year veteran of the hospitality industry, bringing his vast experience in full-service luxury hospitality to Hotel Vin, Rogers. He is known for building collaborative cultures, robust food and beverage experiences, and driving performance through guest and employee-centric programming. Prior to Hotel Vin, Lang served as Area General Manager for the Little Rock Marriott hotel and oversaw F&B operations for Arkansas' largest convention center. He delivered record-setting performance across the operation, driving top-tier profitability, a market-leading RevPAR index, and guest service scores ranking in the top quartile of the Marriott brand. He also achieved one of the strongest associate engagement results in the company and the highest brand audit score in the property's history.

Heather Fox has been appointed as Director of Sales at Hotel Vin, Rogers

Fox joins Hotel Vin, Rogers as Director of Sales. She has nearly 20 years of hospitality leadership, regional market expertise, and a deeply relationship-driven approach to her work. Previously, Fox led efforts at Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas and Rogers Convention Center as Area Director of Sales & Marketing, supporting major conferences, conventions, and high-impact community gatherings throughout the region. Fox is known for her ability to build long-standing client relationships and proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams. At Hotel Vin, Rogers, Fox will oversee all sales strategy and execution, emphasizing experience-driven hospitality to expand group, corporate, and leisure business while shaping an exceptional opening and future for the property.

Sanaida Goodner has been appointed as Director of Sales at Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas

John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts (JQH) today announced that Sanaida Goodner is the new director of sales at the company’s Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas – Hotel, Spa & Convention Center in Rogers, Arkansas. With more than 10 years of hospitality experience, including an emphasis on the Arkansas luxury hotel market, Goodner will oversee the sales and marketing team of the upscale, 400-suite hotel just a short distance to Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville. Springfield-based JQH is a leading private, independent owner and manager of hotels in the United States, including operating more than 1 million square feet of superb meeting space. Most recently, Goodner served as director of group sales for the 418-room/suite Little Rock Marriott. Her career also includes multiple roles with The Peabody Little Rock, including director of group sales and sales manager, prior to the hotel converting to the Marriott brand. Goodner is active in the hospitality industry and the community, including as a member of Meeting Professionals International, National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners, Religious Conference Management Association, and Children’s Protection Center. She has been recognized with numerous performance awards throughout her career, including manager of the year and manager of the quarter. Goodner attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
