Laurent Auzanneau has been promoted to CEO Engineering & Construction Project Worldwide at Sodexo

Laurent AUZANNEAU ESSEC IMHI 1990 was recently given the responsibility as CEO to lead the Engineering & Construction Projects Worldwide for Sodexo. Laurent joined Sodexo in 1990 in France as Operations Manager in the HealthCare segment. There, he learned the fundamentals of the industry. This was the beginning of his long and successful career with the Group. Laurent moved on two years later to Sodexo in The Congo to work in the Remote Sites business and more specifically the oil & gas offshore environment, for which he has had a passion since. He later moved to Saudi Arabia as Regional Manager, based in Riyadh. After four enriching years, he was promoted to Country Manager in Qatar as this country began to grow exponentially. Laurent stayed in the Middle East a total of 7 years and continued to develop Remote Site markets in addition to launching Sodexo services in the Education and Corporate segments. He moved to Jakarta shortly after Sodexo acquired Universal; a US based company specialized in the offshore segment with activities in Asia. In 2005, Laurent was promoted to Senior Vice President for Remote Sites activities in the Asia-Pacific Zone. In 2007, the Group enlarged his responsibilities to include the Corporate, Education, Healthcare and Defense segments in the region.

He brings to his first role in Asia an impressive resume with over 25 years of experience spanning general management, food & beverage, sales as well as conferences and events.

Louise Daley has been named Executive Vice President & CFO at Accor Asia Pacific

Louise Daley has been named Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer AccorHotels Asia Pacific. Having worked at AccorHotels for 25 years in senior executive roles and as the company’s representative on joint venture businesses, Louise was previously CEO for Accor Plus, the group’s loyalty subscription program in Asia Pacific. Under Louise’s leadership, Accor Plus grew to 45 sales offices in 11 countries and membership expanded more than 30%.

Bachir Sanhaji has been promoted to Cluster Director of Revenue at Accor - Sofitel Luxury Hotels Asia Pacific

Bachir SANHAJI (ESSEC IMHI 2011) has been promoted to Cluster Director of Revenue Sofitel Luxury Hotels Asia Pacific (Sofitel So Singapore / The Singapore Resort & Spa Sentosa). Bachir started with Accor as Revenue Manager, then as Revenue Manager multi properties in Paris area. Prior and duyring its MBA at ESSEC Bachir was already speciliazing in Revenue Management.

Rachel Howard has been appointed as Loyalty Marketing Manager Asia Pacific at Hilton Worldwide

Rachel HOWARD (ESSEC IMHI 2011) has joined Hilton Singapore. She is responsible for the overall management of the Hilton HHonors loyalty program in Asia Pacific, with a specific focus on building the awareness, engagement and advocacy for the brand portfolio across the Asia Pacific markets, increasing active loyalty program membership and driving incremental revenues for both rooms and F&B revenue. Prior to that Rachel was Corporate Head of Brand Management & Services Tauzia Hotel Management based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She joined Tauzia upon graduation.

Shreyas Ladde has been appointed as Director of Revenue Management at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium welcomes Shreyas Ladde as the new Director of Revenue Management, who will play a pertinent role in driving profit maximization and business growth for the Hotel. Prior to joining Holiday Inn® Singapore Atrium, Shreyas was the Revenue Manager at Crowne Plaza® West Hanoi, where he was instrumental in achieving the RGI and RevPar targets of the hotel in 2014. In his spare time he enjoys travelling and outdoor sports. Roxanne Markovina has recently been appointed as the new Director of Sales and Marketing at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. A passionate hotelier, Roxanne started her career in the hospitality industry as a corporate management trainee with InterContinental Hotels Group. Her 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry has brought her to various well-known establishments in London and Australia. Most recently, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Andaz Liverpool Street London (A concept by Hyatt). Roxanne focuses on driving the success of the hotel’s sales, marketing and public relations strategies and will work closely with the team to bring the renovated hotel to the next level. One with an active lifestyle, she enjoys travelling, sports, and fitness during her spare time.

Rajeev Menon has been promoted to COO for South East Asia & Pacific at Marriott International Inc.

Marriott International Inc. has appointed Rajeev Menon as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Marriott International in South East Asia & Pacific. In his new role, Menon will be based in Singapore and will be a key member of the continent’s senior leadership team and will function as the operational business leader for the region. He will also help drive key initiatives and ensure implementation of brand discipline programmes, as per a release.
