Andaz Turks & Caicos Celebrates Major Construction Milestone With 'Topping Off' Ceremony

Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, developed by Vista Development Inc., announces today a key milestone thanks in large part to its construction partner BYD TCI Construction. The project recently celebrated the topping off with a ceremony at the site of the future resort and luxury residences. Marking the completion of the building's fundamental framework and roof, the event included remarks from key project representatives along with a celebration of Andaz Turks & Caicos' team who delivered the milestone significantly ahead of schedule. Attendance included Andaz Turks & Caicos leadership Jon Siegel, Matt McDonald and Steve McConaghy.

2025 Opening for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

Andaz Turks & Caicos will be the first Hyatt property on the island and is on track to debut in late 2025. A luxury residential and resort community, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay boasts a 59-key resort and offers 73 residences priced from $500,000 and ranging from the 580-square-foot oceanfront studio to the 6,411-square-foot four-bedroom penthouse. Nestled within Grace Bay with direct access to Bight Reef, Andaz Turks & Caicos offers an unparalleled five-star experience. Partnering with RAD Architecture and Modus Operandi, the design seamlessly blends Caribbean cultural influences with the islands' natural beauty. The masterfully planned resort will be home to four unique culinary offerings, including a rooftop venue with panoramic views of the bay, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a garden yoga studio, and a full-service indoor/outdoor spa.

Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences At Grace Bay Will Break Ground in 2021

Vista Development, Ltd., a boutique real estate development firm known for its work in the Caribbean, recently received interim financing for the construction and advancement of Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay. The high-end project, which is the first Andaz branded resort and residential property in the Caribbean, will provide a new level of oceanfront luxury spanning 5.5 acres along the island's famed Grace Bay Beach.

Hyatt Announces Plans for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today plans for Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, a hotel and residences development expected to open in 2021, marking the Andaz brand's first property in the Caribbean. To be developed by Vista Development Ltd. of Pronet Capital, LLC, the property will stretch more than 5.5 acres providing a new level of luxury hospitality and real estate on the archipelago's famed Grace Bay Beach.
