Marion BRAMI ESSEC IMHI 2009 has been appointed as Business Developer for HEMA. A Dutch discount retail chain owned by the British investment firm Lion Capital LLP since 2007. The chain is characterized by relatively low pricing of generic housewares, offering a wide assortment of inexpensive items for personal and household use. Prior to that Marion was Business Developer at ‘’Pomme de Pain’’ for nearly 3 years. Marion joined ‘’Cinq à Sec’’ as Franchise Business Developper upon graduation.

François-Régis Simon has been appointed as General Manager at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel

Originally from Brittany in northern France, Simon’s career with Four Seasons began at the legendary Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris in the role of Assistant Director of Room Service. Upon graduation Aurélie joined Louvre Hotels Group Paris as Project Manager and worked there for more than 3 years. Then, she settled her own company Pyxis Hospitality, a consulting company specialized in hotels’ project management.

Jérôme BOURGEOIS ESSEC IMHI 1998 is since January 2015 Director and Founder of SAPIO in Nantes. SAPIO is a new concept offering a unique combinaison of various gastronomy related activities. Under the brand SAPIO, you will find a "locavore" restaurant, a teppanyaki style kitchen with a touch of new technologies (tablets in the restaurant and ability to book tables and pre order meals through our web site), but also an e boutique offering a range of "Made in France" articles such as tables, chairs, cutlery or French made ovens in use in our restaurant. Cobranded with L'atelier des Chefs SAPIO also offers culinary courses, special facilities for corporate events and a boutique for ustensils, books and fine food.
