Mr Crisp, who will be based at Centara’s head office in Bangkok, will be responsible for the company’s three resort properties in the Republic of Maldives. Mr Crisp is a British national who has been living and working in the hospitality industry overseas for the past 19 years. He worked for almost eight years with one of the leading UK tour operators in various destinations such as the Maldives, India, Egypt, Malaysia and Dubai. He also spent a total of five years in Dubai, mainly heading up the corporate sales department for Arabian Adventures, the DMC owned by Emirates Airline.
Prior to joining the group, Christophe Victor has worked at some of the regions’ most prestigious properties including Labriz Silhouette in the Seychelles and at the five-star Velassaru in the Maldives as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Kiy, a British national who is fluent in six languages, originally joined Jumeirah Group in August 2010 as the pre-opening hotel manager for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Dubai. Prior to this he gained extensive senior management experience in Asia with appointments in China, Singapore, Philippines, Bangkok, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan. Jumeirah Vittaveli, which celebrates its first year of operation on December 14, 2012, is located in the South Male Atoll of the Maldives – a twenty minute speedboat transfer from Male International Airport.

Ulrich is a German national and has 20 years of international hospitality industry experience gained from working in Europe, Oceania and Asia, including management roles at leading resorts and hotels in Asia and the Maldives. He worked at Irufushi Beach & Spa Resort as F&B Director before joining Constance Halaveli Resort Maldives in the position of Executive Assistant Manager in 2009, where he was soon promoted to Resident Manager. He was working at Constance Halaveli for three years as Resident Manager prior joining Centara Hotels & Resorts to head up the team at Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives as General Manager.
Chris, a British national, joined Jumeirah in 2005 working in Sports & Leisure for various hotels and resorts in Dubai. In 2007, he was promoted to a Director’s role with Jumeirah’s Development team, working on several projects in Dubai. Then, in 2010, he was the first Jumeirah colleague to join the pre-opening team of Jumeirah Dhevanafushi as Director of Operations, overseeing Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Housekeeping.
