Hong Kong based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of Traders Hotel, Male, Maldives today. The 117-key property was previously owned by Male Hotel Associates Pvt Ltd. and opened in September 2009.
This is a confirmed date, the challenges which caused delays throughout the year, now being over. The resort’s remoteness combined with Six Senses total commitment to using sustainable materials in its design and architecture being the primary cause.
