Michael Collins has been appointed as Director of Finance at Trump Ocean Club® International Hotel & Tower Panama

With over 13 years experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Michael J. Collins has an extensive financial background managing hotels across various notable brands worldwide, including The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall financial management for the hotel. Beyond his knowledge for hotel finance, operations and technical systems, he is known for his leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to contribute, foster change and streamline processes. Prior to joining Trump Ocean Club Hotel & Tower Panama, his experience in budgeting, forecasting, auditing and implementing internal financial controls have contributed to the succcesful openings of over 20 hotels within the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Since then, he has undertaken and supported ambitious projects, in which he leveraged his superior organizational skills and developed invaluable relationships with important business leaders.

Leonardo Morado has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Trump Ocean Club® International Hotel & Tower

Leonardo Morado brings 10 years of expertise in haute cuisine to the hotel. As director of food and beverage, Morado is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the property’s food and beverage operations, including banquets and in-room dining. Additionally, he oversees the operations, management and promotion of Trump Panama’s unmatched dining options that include Tejas Restaurant & Bar, Barcelona Tapas Restaurant & Bar, Cava 15 Wine Bar and Azul Pool Bar & Grill. Over the years, he has dedicated his career to creating amazing delicacies from a variety of cuisines and incorporating them into hotel menus that even the most discerning palates can truly appreciate. Before joining the property, he has held various food and beverage positions at several upscale hotels around the world, most recently Hotel Secrets the Vine in Cancun, Mexico; Mulia in Jakarta, Bali; The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto, Canada; among others. Throughout his career, Morado has obtained several professional achievements and hosted different seminars in which he was able able to share his knowledge and love for culinary arts. In addition, he was also a professor at a recognized culinary school in Cancun, Mexico
