The hotel is in a joint venture led by Songy Highroads.

The 146-room all-suite hotel offers 1,400 square feet of meeting and event space. Owners at Marietta Hotel Investments, LLC, undertook a complete building restoration to actualize their vision for the new, custom hotel. Hotel Equities will operate the hotel.
