Most recently, Heneghan served as the hotel’s director of catering and events, director of events and executive assistant manager. Prior roles include the Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel’s assistant director of events and the Hilton Chicago’s meetings and conventions manager, senior catering sales manager and hospitality sales manager. Heneghan’s outstanding work ethic and leadership have secured honors such as Hilton Worldwide’s director of events of the year, Palmer House’s commitment award and Hilton Chicago’s manager of the quarter. In addition, Heneghan played an intricate role in securing Hilton Chicago’s recognition by Cvent as a top 100 meeting hotels in the United States, New Member of the Year Award from Historic Hotels of America and the IHLA Good Earthkeeping Award.

Jerry Barnes has been appointed general manager for Pheasant Run Resort according to Gina Rinaldo, vice president of operations for the property's management company, Hostmark Hospitality Group. Barnes has spent the majority of his hospitality career managing full service hotels and resorts throughout the south and mid-Atlantic region including resorts in Clearwater Beach, FL, Annapolis, MD, and several hotels and resorts in the Orlando market. Originally from Michigan, Barnes is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint.
Jermaine Anderson, has been named Hotel Manager for LondonHouse Chicago a luxury lifestyle hotel located at the corner of North Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive. It is set to open spring of 2016 in Chicago's iconic London Guarantee Building along with a new 22-story architecturally synchronized modernist glass tower according to George Jordan, Senior Vice President of Operations for Oxford Hotels & Resorts. In his new role, Anderson will oversee day-to-day operations, marketing and sales, and will manage an expected team of over 250 employees for the 452-room property. It will feature nearly 25,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, a tri-level rooftop lounge, spa, fitness center and more. The hotel is being developed by Oxford Capital Group, LLC and is owned by an Oxford led venture with Angelo, Gordon & Co.
