Jack Olshan has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Covington

Ralph Mordocco has been appointed as General Manager at Embassy Suites Lexington

Martin Rothchild, Hilton Lexington GM has been appointed as to the Board of Directors at Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau

Officials of New Castle Hotels and Resorts, a leading hotel owner, operator and developer, announced that Martin Rothchild, general manager of the 366-room Hilton Lexington/Downtown Hotel, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Convention and Visitors Bureau for Lexington, Ky. He was nominated by Lexington Mayor Jim Gray. Rothchild is an active community leader participating on the boards of directors of the Bluegrass Hospitality Association and the Downtown Lexington Corporation. He also is active with the American Diabetes Association Bluegrass Chapter.

Leah Goebel has been promoted to General Manager at the Residence Inn Louisville Northeast

Goebel joined White Lodging in May 2010 and was most recently the operations manager at the 112-room Courtyard by Marriott Louisville NE. Jeremy McCarthy has been named Chairman of the International SPA Association’s Board of Directors at International SPA Association

Jeremy McCarthy, Director, Spa Operations, Development and Marketing at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, has been named Vice Chairman of the International SPA Association’s Board of Directors. McCarthy will begin his term in November during the 18th annual ISPA Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. McCarthy was elected to the ISPA Board of Directors following an extensive interview and selection process.
