He is known for building collaborative cultures, robust food and beverage experiences, and driving performance through guest and employee-centric programming. Prior to Hotel Vin, Lang served as Area General Manager for the Little Rock Marriott hotel and oversaw F&B operations for Arkansas' largest convention center. He delivered record-setting performance across the operation, driving top-tier profitability, a market-leading RevPAR index, and guest service scores ranking in the top quartile of the Marriott brand.
