Prior to Hotel Vin, Lang served as Area General Manager for the Little Rock Marriott hotel and oversaw F&B operations for Arkansas' largest convention center. He delivered record-setting performance across the operation, driving top-tier profitability, a market-leading RevPAR index, and guest service scores ranking in the top quartile of the Marriott brand. He also achieved one of the strongest associate engagement results in the company and the highest brand audit score in the property's history.
