Chindavone Khounsathone has been promoted to Associate Market Manager - NA Regional Territories – Canada East at Expedia

Chindavone KHOUNSATHONE (ESSEC IMHI 2010) has been promoted to Associate Market Manager North America Regional Territories Canada East Expedia based in Tornto. She joined Expedia upon graduation in Paris for a year as Revenue Specialist and the moved to Toronto as Market Associate where she spent close to 3 years before this last promotion.

Michael Quan has joined InterContinental San Francisco as Area Director of IT

With more than 15 years of experience in information technology and business management, Michael Quan joins the InterContinental Hotels of San Francisco as Area Director of IT. Quan has spent most of his career in the Bay Area, working for companies such as Asian Health Services, Bay Computing Group, and Hotel Shattuck Plaza in Berkeley. Through his extensive knowledge and skills in the field, Quan continues to provide technical support and expertise, while overseeing operations to improve stability and service quality.

Matthew Faull has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Information Technology and E-Commerce at Swiss-Belhotel International Limited

With 15 years experience in informational technology and e-commerce, Faull was previously Senior Vice President at ValueCommerce Japan, a Yahoo! company. He also held senior management positions in information technology and E-commerce in his homeland New Zealand, while his 10-year stint with ValueCommerce included positions in Russia and the Philippines. A graduated of Auckland University in computer science, Matthew Faull joined Swiss-Belhotel International in 2012. Keith Yeung has been appointed as VP Information Technology at Dorsett Hospitality International

Based in Dorsett Hospitality International's Corporate Office in Hong Kong, Keith is responsible for the overall information technology initiatives for the group, including formulating and implementing Group information technology, enhancing the hotels' operation efficiency through automation and technology enhancement and formulating policies and procedures for data / information protection and security. With 18 years of industry experience in SAP retail systems such as POS, CRM and E-Commerce, Keith was the Head of I.T in Hong Kong Tourism Board.

Niklas Unger has been appointed as Head of the IT Division at H World International

Janssen Choong has joined Groupize, Inc. as CTO

Mansoor Khan has been appointed as Regional Sales Manager at INFOR

There he enjoyed success in driving business with new clients - holding the track record for “new business” performance. Prior to that he spent five years at Oasys Infotech as Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible for dealer management & direct sales in Europe, ME and Africa. Monika Nerger has been named President at Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) - AHLA

Monika Nerger, Chief Information Officer of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, succeeds Jeremy Ward as President of the association. Nerger has served on the Board of Governors since 2012 and as Vice President since 2013. She has been active in HTNG for more than ten years, having previously served as a forum and workgroup chair. "Monika Nerger has been a great evangelist and supporter of HTNG, and no one is more qualified than she to take on the leadership role," said Douglas C. Rice, Chief Executive Officer of HTNG, who continues to manage HTNG's day-to-day operations. Richard Tudgay, Vice President of IT for Omni Hotels & Resorts, was elected as Vice President to fill the vacancy created by Nerger's appointment. Tudgay has served on the Board of Governors since 2009.

Christopher Donnellon has been appointed as VP of Strategy & Planning at Aven Hospitality

Donnellon brings a strong track record of driving strategic improvement and guiding high-performing teams. He has advised various Fortune 500 corporations on corporate strategy and operations issues for over 10 years, most recently with the Boston Consulting Group. Donnellon earned a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania, and also holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University. St. John Murphy has been appointed as VP Enterprise Accounts at Aven Hospitality

Murphy brings an extensive background in the travel and tourism industry as well as experience with a number of top technology companies. He most recently served as the Global Travel & Hospitality Leader with consulting and IT services company NTT Data Inc. He has also worked in various leadership roles at AMR Corporation, Global-Res Inc., Avis Rent A Car, Perot Systems Corporation and was a partner at BearingPoint before he and his team were acquired by NTT Data Inc. Murphy will report to Sabre Hospitality Solutions President and General Manager Alex Alt.

Kris Singleton has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Omni Hotels & Resorts

In this role, Singleton will help drive the company’s strategic business objectives by providing the enterprise-wide information technology (IT) vision and leadership for operating a reliable and stable infrastructure, fostering innovation to enhance guest services and operations, and leading the deployment and management of current and emerging technology products, services and systems across the organization. She will report to Mike Deitemeyer, president of Omni Hotels & Resorts. A 24-year veteran of the technology industry, Singleton has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently she was chief information officer for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas where she oversaw the technology strategy for the hotel, casino, pool district and other amenities associated with the property. Previously, she held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, including chief information officer and vice president of technology for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and IT vice president of business solutions for MGM Mirage. In addition, Singleton has also served as chief information officer for Chasm Industries, Inc., an electronic recycling company, and spent 15 years at Hallmark Cards, Inc. Singleton earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a double major in computer information systems and management from Central Missouri State University. She is a member of the CIO Council, Hotel Technology Next Generation, Hotel Financial and Technology Professionals, as well as Newmarket and Guest-Tek Customer Advisory Boards.
