Ascent Hospitality Acquires The Chattanoogan Hotel
Ascent Hospitality, a leading hotel management and development company based in Buford, GA announced today that it has acquired The Chattanoogan Hotel, a 198-room property. Ascent will completely modernize and renovate the hotel's upscale guest rooms, meeting rooms, public spaces, as well as the pool and lobby areas, and brand as a Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Located at 1201 Broad Street in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, the hotel has spectacular views of Lookout Mountain, is just six miles from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport and is in close proximity to the Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City and Ruby Falls.

The five-story hotel offers 25,000 square feet of IACC-certified meeting space to accommodate up to 600 people. Other amenities include a spa, an indoor swimming pool and three outstanding restaurants.
