PAH Management announces the completion of a $4 million renovation project at the Courtyard Marriott Baton Rouge Siegen Lane. The major renovation includes updates to the guestrooms, lobby, restaurant, corridors, fitness center, meeting spaces, lobby business center, and exterior.
PAH Management is an opportunistic hotel fund manager, managing 16 hotel properties across the United States.
The Baton Rouge hotel is centrally located at the Siegen Lane Marke tplace, near the Mall of LA, Blue Bayou Water Park, LSU and Celtic Movie Studio.
Each guestroom has been updated with new carpeting, lighting, wall coverings, draperies, and seating. The hotel also boasts updated fitness center equipment, an outdoor fire pit, new lobby business center, meeting rooms along with carpeting and furniture in the lobby and restaurant.
