The Buccini/Pollin Group and Marriott International Announce Together with PM Hotel Group Plan to Transform Sheraton Society Hill into Philadelphia Marriott Old City
The Buccini/Pollin Group and Marriott International have announced plans to transition the Sheraton Society Hill into the Philadelphia Marriott Old City. The 364-room hotel will become the newest Marriott Hotels branded property in Philadelphia when the project is complete in July 2019.

The Buccini/Pollin Group also recently performed a complete revitalization of the former Omni Hotel into the hip, modern Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel, a Marriott-affiliated project that delivered in March 2018.
