Owned by Peachtree Hotel Group, Cumberland House Knoxville is managed and operated by Peachtree Hospitality Management, the management division of Peachtree Hotel Group. The hotel is located in downtown Knoxville at 1109 White Avenue, adjacent to the World's Fair Park and within walking distance to the Knoxville Convention Center, University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium, Knoxville Museum of Art and the Tennessee River.
