Luxury Family Hotels is delighted to announce a further programme of investment for Fowey Hall, the group's newly refurbished South Cornwall hotel. The works are due to be completed by Spring 2022.

The project will include 24 new bedrooms, a new outdoor swimming pool and a total relandscaping of the grounds and driveway, building on last year's multi-million-pound refurbishment of the existing bedrooms and communal spaces.

19 of the new bedrooms will be located in the Garden Wing. A further five bedrooms will sit atop the spa, with spectacular views up and down the Fowey estuary as well as uninterrupted views of the sea from a striking, elevated position. Protected balconies will allow guests to enjoy the stunning Cornish coastline throughout the year, making these some of the best suites Cornwall has to offer. The additional rooms will see the hotel have a total of 60 bedrooms.

From Autumn 2021 the Garden Wing rooms will not be in use to facilitate the works. However, all other services within the hotel will remain open and operational throughout the redevelopment. There will be no work on site over the weekends and during the week all work will be between 8.30am and 4.30pm only.

Perched above the pretty sailing town of Fowey on the south Cornish coast, Fowey Hall enjoys sweeping views over the estuary and picturesque Fowey harbour. A luxury retreat for all the family, little ones are spoilt for choice with a Games Room and Cinema, the largest children's library of any UK hotel and an extensive outdoor play area including a zip line and bucket swing.

The Fowey Hall restaurant serves up seasonal, locally sourced produce while a spa and indoor swimming pool provide fun and relaxation for parents and children alike. The popular Four Bears Den provides an hour and a half's free childcare each day for every booking. The Grade II listed property is thought to have been the inspiration for The Wind in the Willows' Toad Hall.
