Viewline Resort Snowmass Officially Debuts in Colorado

High Street Real Estate Partners, RGP Partners, ACRON Real Estate Investments, and Davidson Hospitality Group announced today the official opening of Viewline Resort Snowmass, an iconic ski-in/ski-out property located in the heart of Snowmass Village, Colo. Following a multi-million-dollar renovation, Viewline Resort Snowmass debuts with elevated interiors and exteriors, enhanced culinary offerings, and curated guest programming, delivering a modern luxury resort experience with a 1960's mountain town ethos.

Situated in the heart of Snowmass Village and perched mid-mountain, Viewline Resort Snowmass provides the highest quality ski-in/ski-out experience in the region. The four-star resort offers 254 guest rooms including 20 suites; Lupine Spa, a full-service Ayurvedic wellness destination; and one-of-a-kind amenities, including a private ski and bike concierge, kids' club with carefully crafted experiences, heated mountainside pool with sundeck and terrace, onsite fitness center, and 24,000 square feet of combined special event space at the resort and adjacent Viewline Event Center. Elevated culinary staples—created in partnership with RING on HOOK, alongside Davidson Restaurant Group—include Stark's Alpine Grill, the Lobby Bar, and First Chair.

Hotel design and development firm, The Gettys Group, oversaw the renovations, infusing the 1960's spirit of Snowmass into this iconic resort. Chief Innovation Officer Ron Swindler has a deep history with the Snowmass region, having worked on Viewline Resort Snowmass 20 years prior. Davidson Resorts, a highly specialized operating vertical of Davidson Hospitality Group and one of the nation's premier full-service hospitality management companies, manages both the resort and on-site dining.
