Braintree Group Opens River’s Edge Hotel, a Tapestry by Hilton, in Portland, Oregon

Braintree Group, a privately held, vertically integrated, national real estate development and investment firm, announced today the grand opening of the River's Edge Hotel, a Tapestry by Hilton. The newly renovated property is centrally located in the South Waterfront neighborhood overlooking the banks of the Willamette River.

The 112-room hotel was originally acquired by Braintree Group in June 2021 and officially joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton on June 13, 2023. Resolute Road Hospitality will manage the property.

The extensive renovation focused on enhancing the overall guest experience and modernizing the hotel's facilities. In addition to a freshly renovated lobby and guestrooms, the hotel now includes a brand-new coffee outlet, Mill Café & Lounge restaurant, lounge, market, meeting rooms, and modern fitness center.

Last week, Braintree Group and hotel manager Resolute Road Hospitality jointly hosted a grand opening party at the hotel. The guests included brand partners, investors, local partners, and hospitality industry participants.
