The hotel's recent transformation includes updated guest rooms, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere for travelers to enjoy. This project includes the introduction of the first Pure Meeting Room, a meeting room enhanced with an air purification system from Pure Wellness, enhancing the hotel's appeal as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers with wellness top of mind.
Located just 15 minutes southwest of downtown Houston, the property is nestled in the vibrant Sugar Land Town Square, a hub for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Inspired by the area's historic sugarcane plant, the design features an organic color palette with green cane contrasting earthy hues. Sophisticated neutral tones, natural woods, and soft brass finishes create a warm, tranquil space. Key design highlights include headboard wall murals, modern casegoods with tambour details, and custom elements on various suite floor plans to accommodate the diverse needs of guests.
The renovation also includes upgraded guest rooms with new 55-inch TVs featuring streaming services, energy-efficient HVAC and lighting systems, and sleek furnishings. Guests can unwind in the outdoor pool and whirlpool, maintain their routines in a modern fitness center, and enjoy convenient in-room dining options. With over 20,000 square feet of flexible banquet space, the Houston Marriott Sugar Land also accommodates events, ranging from corporate meetings to elegant weddings.
