NexGen Hotels Acquires The Maritime Hotel Fort Lauderdale - Plans Renovation and Rebrand

November 12, 2024 - NexGen Hotels, a hotel development and management company based in Itasca, Illinois, today announced the acquisition of The Maritime Hotel Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport. Located at 2161 Maritime Boulevard, the boutique hotel will undergo a renovation and rebrand as the Moor Hotel at Marina Bay, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The hotel is expected to be fully converted by Q3 of 2025.
