IHG establishes stronghold in Chennai with signing of Holiday Inn Chennai Vandalur

IHG®Hotels & Resorts, one of the world's leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with Sakthi Elegant Towers India Pvt Ltd to develop Holiday Inn Chennai Vandalur. Scheduled to open in 2026, the new hotel will add 200 keys to IHG's growing presence in South India. Driven by market demand, continues to expand its footprint in key Indian cities.
