Hilton London Bankside Announces 76 New Rooms for Q1 2026
Hilton London Bankside, the award-winning, design-led hotel, owned by Splendid Hospitality Group has announced the addition of 76 thoughtfully designed rooms. Located in the heart of London's vibrant Bankside neighbourhood, the expansion will increase the hotel's total offering to 368 rooms upon completion in Q1 2026.
The new rooms will feature an elevated design concept and introduce upgraded room categories, including exceptional suite experiences. The hotel's top floor will offer stunning rooftop views through floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing Bankside and the surrounding London skyline.
Marking its 10th anniversary in October 2025, Hilton London Bankside's multi-million-pound extension will set the stage for another decade of success. This expansion will introduce a new collection of rooms and suites, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the rich history and dynamic spirit of the Bankside area.
Hilton London Bankside has engaged a design agency for the project who will bring the vision to life, reflecting the hotel's ethos of creativity, culture and connectivity.
Aligned with Hilton's Travel with Purpose strategy and in line with the hotel's commitment to sustainability—recognised through its Global Sustainable Tourism Council accreditation in 2024—elements of the new rooms will feature eco-friendly and recycled materials. The latest technology, including touch-free sensor lighting and integrated wireless charging, will be seamlessly installed to enhance the guest experience. Bespoke furniture and joinery will blend artistry with functionality, with thoughtful design paying homage to local landmarks such as the Tate Modern and the River Thames.
