Owner Jay Dan Gigev 2501, LLC has completed a $1.3 million renovation of the property, which included painting the exterior of the hotel and guest rooms, and adding new bedding, vanities, sinks, floors, case goods, lights and televisions in guest rooms.
The 122-room Red Roof Inn Sanford offers free Wi-Fi, free continental breakfast, a seasonal outdoor pool, free coffee in the lobby, a guest laundry facility and a free expanded cable package.
