As part of SLH's strategic partnership with Hilton, ONE | GT will also be integrated into Hilton's global booking channels upon opening, gaining access to over 180 million Hilton Honors members and reinforcing Grand Cayman's standing on the international luxury travel map.

The hotel, which will be managed by Remington Hospitality—a group known for its portfolio of over 135 properties across the U.S. and Caribbean, will deliver a refined guest experience inspired by the destination's coastal sophistication. Flagship properties under Remington's management include The Joule in Dallas, Hotel Yountville in Napa Valley, La Concha and The Saint in Key West.

The announcement was made during an exclusive celebration on the island of Grand Cayman, hosted by ONE | GT's development team, IRG, in partnership with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank. The event welcomed homeowners, investors, and key stakeholders, and also introduced several new sales incentives, including a developer stamp duty payment program and buyer-financing packages through CIBC.

The development features 95 hotel suites and 82 luxury residences, many of which are slated for occupancy ahead of the hotel's grand opening. Rising 144 feet above sea level, the 11-story building features a rooftop level, two resort-style pools, an onsite café, three signature restaurants, and an exclusive parking space ownership program.

As ONE | GT enters its final construction phase, it continues to redefine Grand Cayman's capital city with its dual-purpose vision—an elevated residential address and a globally recognized boutique hotel destination.
