InnVentures Announces Rebrand & Full Renovation of Santa Maria Hotel to Homewood Suites by Hilton

InnVentures proudly announces the official rebrand and full-property renovation of the former Holiday Inn & Suites Santa Maria to Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Maria, in partnership with ownership group BHG Hotels, general contractor Naran Construction, and interior design firm Level 3 Design Group.

The newly transformed 197-room all-suite property now delivers a modern extended-stay hospitality experience, with full in-suite kitchens in every room, and upgraded amenities built for today's business, leisure, military, and long-stay guests.

Key enhancements include:
