Oliver Hospitality Adds The Nashville Reserve to Its Collection
Nashville-based Oliver Hospitality, a hospitality management and development company, has added two new properties to its collection: The Nashville Reserve and The Sarasota Modern, marking the brand's first expansion into residential-style lodging and into the Florida market, respectively. Additional upcoming projects include the redevelopment of Hotel Aiken in Aiken, S.C. and a property in Detroit, Mich.

The Nashville Reserve is being transformed by Oliver Hospitality from apartment buildings into a 61-unit hotel for short and long-term stays alike, ranging from studio-style to 2-bedroom layouts in the heart of downtown Nashville. Adjacent to the Tennessee Capitol building, the property offers convenience and metropolitan sophistication for corporate and leisure guests. All rooms are outfitted with expanded in-room amenities — featuring full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers. Currently available for bookings, guests can also enjoy access to a full gym, outdoor fireplace space, self-park, and soaking tubs.
In keeping with Oliver Hospitality's commitment to preserving and refurbishing historic buildings, the space still showcases the vault from its past as a Federal Reserve building. The vault now serves as the namesake for the Vault Room meeting space, which accommodates gatherings of up to 25 people. A larger meeting space, the Treasury Room, accommodates up to 80 people. The property marks Oliver Hospitality's third hotel in Tennessee and further strengthens its Southeastern presence, which includes Atlanta, Oxford, and most recently, Sarasota.
