Once largely considered a value-first option, today all-inclusive resorts are attracting broader audiences who appreciate the stress-free planning and access to a wide range of experiences built into their stay. Villa del Palmar offers both all-inclusive and European plan (accommodations only) options, giving guests the flexibility to choose what works best for their needs and travel style.
2024 TRANSFORMATIONS
The renewal of Villa del Palmar began in 2024 with an array of enhancements designed to elevate the guest experience. A bright and welcoming new lobby sets the tone from the moment of arrival, while the open-air Tortugas Terrace and high-energy Sports Bar offer lively spaces to gather, dine, and celebrate. The farm-to-table dining concept of Tomatillos brings fresh, local flavors to life in a relaxed, al fresco setting.

Newly expanded pool areas are at the heart of the Villa del Palmar transformation. Designed to suit travelers of every type, enhancements include larger, more inviting pools; additional hot tubs for soaking under the sun; and a new fire pit perfect for casual gatherings and evening cocktails
thanks to stylish lounge seating and luxurious daybeds. A fully reimagined family pool and splash zones create playful spaces for families, while adults-only areas framed by lush desertic flora provide tranquil spaces to relax and unwind.
Bella California Restaurant
Inspired by the flavors of Italy and reflecting the vibrant spirit of Cabo, the rebuilt Bella California delivers a fresh, modern experience in a romantic, sophisticated setting—complete with iconic oceanfront views of El Arco's rock formation.
- Breakfast: The buffet-style concept, complemented by selected a la carte options, features tropical fruits and homemade pastries as well as traditional egg dishes, chilaquiles, and chef specialties.
- Lunch: Paired with Bella California's a la carte menu, a new pizza bar option offers a vast selection of flavorful pies that are lighter and healthier, thanks to preparation with natural yeast.
- Dinner: Fusing authentic Italian cuisine with Baja ingredients, the restaurant's new culinary concept features handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and other favorites along with access to salad and dessert bars.
Bella California is led by Los Cabos native Chef Kevin Rendón Alvarado, whose culinary career was inspired by his grandmother. Known for his discipline, creativity, and respect for tradition, he has honed his craft in fine-dining kitchens across Baja California Sur.
Carbón Grill
The resort's beloved Argentine-style steakhouse, Carbón Grill, has been updated with a fresh look and culinary focus that creates a refined, elevated atmosphere. Taco Bar
