W Scottsdale, located in the heart of the city’s vibrant Entertainment District, is pleased to announce the renovation of its iconic Living Room, marking a major transformation of the space. Designed by MONOGRAM at BBGM, the reimagined Living Room draws inspiration from the natural rhythm of the surrounding Sonoran Desert, introducing a bold yet refined design narrative that transitions seamlessly from daytime productivity and lounge to an elevated nightlife destination. The renovation is expected to be completed in late summer 2026.

The forthcoming transformation of the Living Room is guided by the concept of movement, designed to support connection at every hour while reflecting the natural progression from sunlight to afterglow and mirroring the guest journey from day to evening. By day, the space will offer an inviting atmosphere for leisure and business travelers, shaped by enhanced natural light and intentional illumination that supports productivity without sacrificing ambiance. As the sun sets, the tone gradually shifts into a warm desert glow, creating intimacy, depth, and a layered nighttime atmosphere.
This evolution also introduces a new era of programming that welcomes guests into the city’s soundtrack, transitioning from energizing daytime brews to electrified nights with live artists, DJs, and creative pop-ups. Paired with a crave-worthy lineup of bites, signature cocktails, and spirit-free creations, the Living Room is designed as the ultimate see-and-be-seen hub, amplifying every hour with striking design, high-energy sound, and the unmistakable sophistication synonymous with the W brand.
The reimagination of the Living Room arrives as part of a continued commitment to elevating the guest experience at W Scottsdale. In spring 2025, the property debuted Sexy Roman, a decadent, design-forward Italian dining destination operated by Alliance Hospitality Group complementing longstanding highlights including the iconic WET Deck, Arizona’s only chilled pool, and AWAY® Spa, home to the state’s first AI-powered Aescape massage experience.
