Development Renovation Scheduled for Fall 2026

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón

A Sanctuary Reimagined: The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón Announces Resort Transformation

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón, owned by Host Hotels & Resorts, is embarking on a transformational chapter set to begin in May 2026. Renowned as a premier luxury destination featuring 36 holes of championship golf, the property will remain fully open throughout the renovation. The comprehensive project will fundamentally elevate the guest experience, highlighted by a redesign of the resort's food and beverage offerings with two innovative new culinary concepts. Additionally, the resort will unveil a sophisticated new design across its guestrooms, suites, lobby, and the newest meeting space, Swaying Palm, all debuting in Fall 2026.

Following their celebrated work at Tiburón's sister resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, the award-winning Parker Torres Design returns to lead the reimagining of The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón. Drawing inspiration from the region’s tropical greenery and verdant, lush surroundings, the design will embody timeless craftsmanship rooted in the land to artfully elevate the resort into a refined inland sanctuary. A palette of monochromatic hues mirrors both sun-bleached shores and verdant coastal swamps, creating a fluid transition between the resort’s sophisticated interiors and the wild, natural beauty of Tiburón and the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary on which the resort sits.

To elevate the guest journey and anchor the resort's social scene, the comprehensive renovation will introduce several key enhancements, led by a distinctive new food and beverage portfolio:

  • Palmera: A vibrant destination restaurant and grill, Palmera will serve as the resort’s heartbeat. Bathed in natural light with accents of soft wood and stone, the atmosphere aims to feel fresh, relaxed, and alive. Guided by ingredients caught and harvested along the Gulf Coast, Palmera’s menu of seasonal dishes and craft cocktails will follow the cadence of the region's produce like sun-ripened citrus, heirloom tomatoes, and herbs, alongside local seafood for thoughtful, uncomplicated preparations.
  • Fenrose: At first light, Fenrose awakens as a quiet expression of Parisian elegance. Named for the “Fen” and native Fen Rose, this space will blend Art Deco elegance with the charm of a European café, offering refined a la carte French breakfast traditions. Complementing the restaurant is Café Fenrose, an all-day market crafted for ease and flavor-driven finesse, providing artisanal coffee and elevated grab-and-go offerings.
  • Reimagined Guest Rooms & Suites: Guest rooms and suites are being reimagined with a lighter, fresher aesthetic that reflects the region’s character. Elevated amenities, tailored lighting, and soft, tactile finishes foster a serene sense of ease, while private terraces frame lush green and fairway views. The result is a calm, contemporary retreat designed for rest.
  • Elevated Public Spaces: The resort's lobby and arrival experience will be fully transformed into a vibrant, welcoming hub that brings the outside in. Contemporary, yet timeless, architectural elements will be enhanced by refined, elevated earthy textures and finishes in complementary monochromatic hues. This sophisticated, casual aesthetic and neutral palette will also carry over into the elevator lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, offering an uninterrupted, tranquil experience throughout the guest journey.
  • The Club Lounge: The Club Lounge will elevate its offerings with refreshed furnishings and polished presentations, creating an exclusive space for lingering from morning to twilight.
  • Swaying Palm: Long serving as a backdrop for life's most special moments, from milestone birthdays to weddings and corporate retreats, the resort's legacy reaches new heights with the debut of this entirely new 2,700-square-foot meeting and event space. It is set to redefine celebrations with sweeping golf course views framed by expansive windows, soft luminous finishes, curated lighting installations, and sculpted fixture details inspired by Naples’ natural landscape.

With the resort remaining fully open, the resort’s guests will maintain full access to the property's premier amenities, including the family-friendly Reservoir waterpark, championship play at Tiburón Golf Club,  world-class instruction at the Mouratoglou Tennis Center, and dining at poolside Latin American restaurant, Ría. For those seeking a coastal escape, the beachfront sister resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, remains fully accessible to guests of Tiburon for white-sand beach service, rejuvenating spa treatments, and innovative dining. This new chapter further defines Tiburón as an unmatched sanctuary, where thoughtfully curated moments of excellence allow every guest to find profound peace and relaxation.

This new era for The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón is set to be fully unveiled in Fall 2026. For more information or to follow the resort's renovation journey, please call 239-593-2000 or visit https://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/hotels/rswgr-the-ritz-carlton-naples-tiburon/overview/.
