Pazziella, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Capri thus becomes part of this distinguished portfolio of luxury properties—venues distinguished by their exclusivity and by the authentic experiences they offer, all while enhancing the chosen destination and exceeding guest expectations through meticulous attention to detail and personalized programs.
The Hotel
This property, part of the SNG Hotels Group (Salvatore Naldi Group), offers guests an authentic Capri experience, blending the island’s timeless charm with exceptional service in full alignment with The Luxury Collection’s exacting standards. It serves as a sanctuary of tranquility and refinement, comprising two villas nestled within lush Mediterranean gardens. It is a peaceful oasis situated just steps away from the Piazzetta and the boutiques of Via Camerelle—two of the most frequented spots in the world.
Its induction into the brand is the result of a new agreement with the SNG Hotels Group, marking the dawn of a new era for Pazziella as it further solidifies its standing within the global landscape of high-profile hospitality.
The Rebranding
The rebranding initiative also extends to the Marriott Grand Hotel Flora in Rome, owned by the same group; following an extensive renovation, the property is set to join the portfolio of Marriott International’s *The Luxury Collection* brand in 2027.
A renewed agreement with Marriott has also been secured for SNG Hotels’ other property, the Renaissance Naples Hotel Mediterraneo. This hotel will remain under its current brand, undergoing a series of significant renovations over the coming years to solidify its market position in Naples—a city that has increasingly emerged as a major international tourism destination and is set to play a starring role in major events such as the 2027 America’s Cup. This strategic undertaking saw entrepreneur Salvatore Naldi joined by his son, Francesco Naldi, who oversaw every phase of the contractual negotiations and operational decision-making. It is a project that, while rooted in family tradition, looks toward the future with a fresh entrepreneurial vision.
